The owners of the Grand Hotel in Mildura have created this brewery in the disused Astor cinema, next door to their pub. They have used a 2500 litre DME brewhouse. The brewery was launched in December 2004 by the (then) Deputy Prime-Minister John Anderson. It supplies beer to the various bars and eateries in the pub, and farther afield.
