This brewery commenced operations in 1992 at the Elizabethan Village, a tourist park at Armadale, south of Perth. It was originally known as the Elizabethan Village Brewery, later as the Darling Range Brewery, and is currently the Last Drop Brewery after the chain of Last Drop Taverns which it supplies. The Elizabethan Village also has a Tudor style pub which is a pleasant place to sample the nearby brewerys products.
