This small brewery had its debut at the Australian International Beer Awards in May 2004 where it won a remarkable eighteen awards, including six gold medals, for its impressive range of more than a dozen different beers. Redoak beers are available primarily from the Redoak Boutique Beer Cafe in down-town Sydney, and also from several other locations. The brewery is situated at a secret location in an outer-southwestern Sydney suburb. Both the Redoak brewery and beer cafe are owned and operated by brother-and-sister team David and Janet Hollyoak.
