General:
Paddy's Brewery was officially opened in mid-May 2001. It incorporates a 600 litre, copper clad, DME brewhouse which is on public display adjacent to the Markets Hotel's dining room. Paddy's won the Champion Small Brewery trophy at the Australian International Beer Awards in 2004.
