This new brewing company is run by Paul Mercurio, who has only recently commenced brewing professionally. Paul currently
has one beer on the market which he brews at Holgate Brewhouse, Woodend, although he does have plans to open his own Beer Cafe Brewery.
Beers:
An all natural grain beer with no added sugar. Un-filtered and un-pasturised.
The peach adds a gentle fruity character to the beer
without adding any residual sweetness, allowing the malt and the hops
to come through. It is a refreshing ale that leaves the palate clean and
uplifted.
