General:
Little Creatures Brewery opened in November 2000 near the fishing boat harbour at Fremantle, where it is ideally placed to capture a proportion of the tourist trade of this popular locality. It operates from a large, open plan building in which visitors can view the operation of the brewery as they dine in the restaurant or drink at the bar. The brewery was built in Canada and has a capacity of about 4 million litres per year. It features a hop back from which whole hop flowers (imported from the USA) infuse hop flavours and aroma into the wort.
 
Beers:
Beers brewed include:

• Little Creatures Pale Ale (5.2%)
  An American pale ale style, made with Australian malts and Oregon-grown Cascade and Chinook hop flowers (which give it an intense floral, citrus aroma and flavour). This beer is bottle-conditioned.
• Rogers'Beer (3.8%)
  An amber ale, named after two Rogers (Roger Bussell and Roger Bailey) in recognition of their involvement with the development of the Little Creatures Brewery.
• Little Creatures Pilsner (4.6%)
  A German-style lager brewed from lightly-kilned pilsner malts and flavoured with Czech Saaz hops.
