General:
Brewing began at Sydney's James Squire Brewhouse in September 2004, using a lovingly restored, English-made, wood clad, 800 litre plant. The brewery is a prominent feature of this lavishly fitted-out waterside bar and restaurant complex. The small range of beers produced in-house is supplemented by other James Squire products from the Malt Shovel Brewery in nearby Camperdown.
