Ironbark Brewery was established by Tamworth restauranteur Graham Manvell, using equipment from the former Parson's Pint Brewery in Canberra (which closed early in the 1990's). Ironbark began commercial production in 1999. Only one beer is currently produced. It is available in draught only exclusively from the Stetsons Steakhouse and Saloon BBQ group of restaurants, with outlets in Tamworth and Coffs Harbour
