General:
Sydney-based Fusion Brewing aims to create beers specifically to complement particular foods. Their first offering, Bluebottle, is designed to accompany seafood. Fusion Brewing's second beer, Firefly, was created to complement spicy food flavours. Both are brewed and packaged by Australian Independent Brewers at Smeaton Grange (Sydney).
