Campus Brewery operates from the Regency Campus of TAFE South Australia, at Regency Park in suburban Adelaide, where it is part of the Applied Food Studies programme. Campus beer is available through Graduates Restaurant and Results Deli at the campus. The brewer is Stephen Nelsen, formerly of Port Dock, Gunn Island and Mildura breweries. Stephen also leases the brewery part-time and brews for private clients. The brewery, which is essentially an educational facility, currently offers a Mash Brewing course for serious amateurs, and a 10 or 12 weeks full-time micro-brewing course is being developed to commence by 2009. Bottling is presently done by hand (by way of a wine-filler adapted for beer), but a new counter-pressure bottle filler is due for installation early in 2008.
