Bintara Brewery is situated in the historic Tuileries Complex at the old Seppelt winery in Rutherglen, north-eastern Victoria. It is owned by Lisa and Michael Murtagh, both of whom have long family connections with Rutherglen. Using equipment that was built in Australia specifically for Bintara, the brewery does full-mash brews of 3300 litres. The brewery operations can be conveniently viewed from the bar and tasting area which are open to the public daily.
